Our Satisfaction Guarantee
At Zimravenshythrel, we take pride in the quality of our gift wrapping services and handmade creations. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we stand behind every product and service we provide.
Gift Wrapping Services
Due to the personalized nature of our gift wrapping services, please note the following policies:
- Service Adjustments: If you are not satisfied with the wrapping upon pickup, we will gladly rewrap your item at no additional charge while you wait.
- Material Issues: If wrapping materials are damaged or defective, we will replace them immediately and rewrap your gift.
- Order Changes: Modifications to your order can be made up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
- Cancellations: Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a 25% service fee.
Handmade Gift Products
For our handmade gift items and custom creations:
- Return Window: Unused items may be returned within 14 days of purchase with original receipt.
- Condition: Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.
- Custom Orders: Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error on our part.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom-made or personalized gift boxes
- Items with monogramming or custom embroidery
- Gift wrapping materials that have been used
- Perishable items or gift baskets containing food
- Items purchased on final sale
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
- Return shipping for defective items will be covered by Zimravenshythrel
Exchange Policy
We are happy to exchange eligible items for a different size, color, or style:
- Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of purchase
- Items must be in original, unused condition
- If the new item is of higher value, you will pay the difference
- If the new item is of lower value, we will issue store credit for the difference
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact us via email or phone within the eligible return period
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will provide return instructions and authorization
- Ship the item back or bring it to our San Diego location
- Refund or exchange will be processed upon receipt and inspection
Store Credit
In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund:
- Store credit never expires
- Can be used for any product or service at Zimravenshythrel
- Cannot be redeemed for cash
- Transferable to friends and family
